1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in our client primary school in Greenford.
Role: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Year Group: Year 2 + Year 4
Location: Greenford, West London
Pay Rate: £85 – £105 Daily (PAYE)
Role summary:
- Supporting 2 children presenting ASD in Year 2 (AM) and Year 4 (PM)
- Knowledge and experience using de-escalation strategies
- Understanding of social, emotional, and mental health issues
- Must be patient, resilient and have a firm but fair approach
- Ability to enforce boundaries and stay consistent
- Prior experience dealing with severe behavioural needs and supporting SEN children
