Ortus Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Brentford. This full-time role, beginning in September, involves providing targeted 1:1 support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 support to a Year 3 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Conduct small group interventions to support literacy and numeracy
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Track and report on the student’s progress and development
