Ortus Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Heston. This full-time position, starting in September, involves providing vital 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide focused 1:1 support to a Year 4 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Lead small group interventions to enhance literacy and numeracy skills
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and report on the student’s progress and development
