Ortus Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Year 3 Teaching Assistant at a primary school in Heston. This full-time position, starting in September, focuses on providing vital 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer tailored 1:1 support to a Year 3 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons
• Conduct small group interventions to enhance literacy and numeracy skills
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and document the student’s progress and development
