Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing Broadway, Ealing W5
Schedule: Full-Time, Long-Term (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3:30 PM)
Salary: £425 – £500 per week (PAYE, no umbrella deductions)
Trial Period: First week of September 2024

Role Overview:
Ortus Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a young learner in the Early Years at an ‘Outstanding’ primary school in Ealing Broadway, Ealing. This full-time, long-term role is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education. You will provide targeted interventions to support the child’s developmental milestones and early learning goals.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree: Possession of a degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Sociology, Drama, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Children: Demonstrated experience working with children in various settings.
• Enhanced DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one.
• Positive Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to engage and contribute.
• Proactivity: Must be self-motivated, showing initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
