Your Role:
As an SEN Childcare Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in the development of our students, particularly those with special educational needs. You’ll provide essential support both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1:1 Support: Work closely with children on the Autism spectrum, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
• Classroom Assistance: Assist the class teacher with daily tasks and support the entire class when needed.
• Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents to ensure a cohesive support system for each child.
• Supervision: Oversee children during break times, lunch times, and various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Behavior Management: Handle challenging behavior with patience and professionalism.
• Role Modeling: Inspire and motivate children, serving as a positive role model in all interactions.
