We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant with a CACHE Level 3 to join the team at a lovely, mainstream Primary School in Wembley. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This position requires excellent communication skills, experience in special education and early education, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
– Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
– Provide individualised support and care for children with SEN including those with autism and behavioural needs
– Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
– Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child
– Monitor and assess children’s progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
– Support children in developing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills
Requirements:
-CACHE Level 3 Qualification
– Experience working with young children in an educational setting
– Knowledge of EYFS Framework
– Familiarity with special education techniques and strategies
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
