Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Key Stage 2?
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with Year 4 students in a primary school in Isleworth, Hounslow.

The Role:
As a Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, helping them navigate the curriculum and achieve their learning goals. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Year 4 students with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
• Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and classroom strategies.
• Provide emotional and social support, helping students develop key skills.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external specialists to ensure student progress.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all students feel valued.

About You:

• Experience supporting primary-aged children, especially those with SEN.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students.
