We are looking for a passionate Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Feltham, Hounslow.

The Role:
You will support Year 2 students as they prepare for Key Stage 1 assessments, providing academic and pastoral support to ensure they thrive in a safe and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons for Year 2, supporting both high achievers and those needing extra help.
• Work closely with the class teacher to ensure all students have the resources they need.
• Provide small group interventions for literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
• Support SEN students with personalised learning approaches.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

About You:

• Previous experience working with primary-aged students, particularly in Key Stage 1.
• Ability to support children in literacy, numeracy, and key skills development.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
• Commitment to child safeguarding and promoting a positive learning environment.
