As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in this vibrant school community, collaborating closely with a supportive team of educators and staff.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one learning support for a child with behavioural challenges.
- Apply your understanding of behaviour theory to foster positive change.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and fellow professionals.
If you possess any of the following experience, this role could be an ideal fit for you:
- Experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) or EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assistant
- Sports Coach
