Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Helping to create and implement individual education plans (IEPs) to ensure children’s needs are met.
- Working closely with teachers and SENCO to provide tailored support in and out of the classroom.
- Building positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress.
- Assisting with social, emotional, and behavioural development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support both children and staff.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow guidance from the SENCO and class teachers.
