Position Details:

• Location: Primary school in Croydon
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: £80.00 – £105.00 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to pupils within the classroom, helping create an engaging learning environment
• Work closely with a Year 2 student to offer tailored support
• Assist teachers with classroom management, lesson preparation, and general duties
• Help maintain a positive and safe atmosphere for students
• Manage and de-escalate behavioral challenges effectively
