As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that every pupil achieves their potential, whatever their individual needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming young lives, promoting independence, and providing tailored support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience supporting children and young people in a school setting.
- Be committed to making a positive impact and promoting pupils’ independence.
- Be able to work effectively within a dedicated and supportive team.
- Have strong communication skills and patience.
