About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the class teacher and the students. You’ll assist with lesson delivery, provide one-on-one support for students who need extra help, and create a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere where every child feels encouraged to learn and grow.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about education and enthusiastic about helping children achieve their potential.
• Experienced working with children in any setting (previous classroom experience is a plus!).
• Able to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and EAL.
• Proactive, patient, and adaptable, with the ability to think on your feet in a busy classroom environment.
• Skilled in behaviour management and able to foster a positive learning environment.
• A great communicator who can collaborate closely with both teachers and parents.
