Candidate Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Experience in an SEN setting or supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential)

• A proactive and positive approach to supporting both pupils and staff
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school environment
• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn
