Salary: £85 – £105 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to support young learners? We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable classroom experience and make a real impact on students’ lives.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons to a diverse group of students, including those with SEN.
• Working with small groups or one-on-one to provide additional academic support.
• Assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom management.
• Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Offering pastoral support to students as needed.
• Assisting with extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

• A degree (any subject).
• Passion for working with children and supporting their academic development.
• A strong desire to pursue a career in education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Some experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential.
