Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with class teachers to plan, deliver, and assess engaging learning activities for Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils.
• Offer additional support or create challenges for individual students or small groups in subjects like literacy, numeracy, and more, ensuring tailored learning experiences.
• Thoughtfully monitor and document the progress and achievements of pupils, providing constructive feedback to teachers.
• Foster positive behavior and values among students, addressing challenges with care.
• Provide gentle pastoral care and guidance to support the social and emotional development of pupils.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding, health and safety, equality, and diversity, with compassion.

Pay: £85.00 – £100.00 per day

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:30
