Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Work closely with students individually or in small groups to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Support children with additional learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Assist with classroom setup, lesson preparation, and resource management.
• Encourage positive behavior and emotional development in students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, preferably in a classroom setting.
• Knowledge of working with SEN students is a plus but not essential.
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach to helping students succeed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• A passion for education and the desire to make a difference in children’s lives.
