Job Title: Primary School Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing Broadway, London
Salary: £425 – £500 (Weekly, PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher with daily lesson delivery, ensuring every child is engaged and supported in their learning.
- Individual Attention: Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to pupils who need additional help with literacy, numeracy, or other areas.
- Inclusive Environment: Help maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment where all children feel safe and valued.
- Classroom Management: Assist with classroom organization, including setting up activities, managing materials, and supporting behaviour management.
- Extra-Curricular Activities: Support in organizing and participating in school clubs, trips, and events that enrich students’ learning experiences.
