Year 5 Teaching Assistant

A mainstream primary school located in Wandsworth seeks for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team after the half term holiday . The school is committed to providing high-quality education that supports the growth and development of every child. The primary school has dedicated staff members who play a crucial role in achieving this mission.

The role:

  • You will be working in a general year 5 class
  • You will be running one-to-one and group interventions
  • raising attainment
  • Need to help the classroom teacher with prepping the classroom
  • After October Half
  • 8:30 AM to 16:00 PM

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 2, with a focus on Autism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and helping pupils achieve their full potential
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Need to be flexible
