Location: Primary school in Brent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £80.00 – £105.00 per day (depending on experience)
Are you a behaviour mentor eager to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant primary school setting?
We’re looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sports/Behaviour Mentors at our dynamic primary school in Brent.
This role offers you the chance to gain real experience in an educational setting while positively impacting young learners’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Engagement: Support pupils in the classroom, helping maintain a lively and focused learning environment where everyone feels included.
- One-on-One Support: Work closely with a Year 4 student, providing steady support that helps them stay engaged and build confidence.
- Classroom Management: Partner with teachers to support lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and smooth transitions throughout the school day.
- Positive Behaviour Encouragement: Lead by example, promoting positive social behaviour and respect among students.
- Effective Behaviour Management: Use clear, calm techniques to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, helping create a constructive and calm environment for everyone.
- Sports and Physical Activity Leadership: Use your sports background to engage students in physical activity, build teamwork skills, and foster healthy habits.
