The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assisting students with varying learning needs, and contributing to the smooth running of the classroom. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about working with children, has a flexible approach, and enjoys being part of a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the class teacher to support lesson delivery.
• Assist individual students and small groups with their learning.
• Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
• Supervise children during break times and other school activities as needed.
