The Role:
As a Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide both academic and emotional support to students with SEN. You will work alongside the class teacher to create engaging, differentiated lessons and ensure all students have access to a positive and enriching educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted one-on-one and small group support to students in Year 4.
• Help to adapt learning materials and classroom activities.
• Support students with emotional and behavioural regulation.
• Monitor and report on student progress to the SENCO and class teacher.
• Create a safe and encouraging learning environment.

About You:

• Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a Key Stage 2 setting.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management and SEN support techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education.
