Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Brent, NW London
Salary: £450 – £500 Weekly (PAYE)
Contract: Long-term, Full-time, Term-time

As part of their team, you’ll be helping children develop skills that will serve them throughout their education and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small-group mentoring to students with behavioural, social, or emotional challenges.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, acting as a role model and trusted adult in their school experience.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to create individualised plans for students.
  • Use strategies to help children develop self-regulation skills and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to support students’ growth.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Patient, compassionate, and skilled in understanding the needs of children.
  • Experienced in working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting.
  • Confident in using de-escalation and behaviour management techniques.
  • Enthusiastic about promoting positive behaviour and helping children succeed.
