Ortus Recruitment are currently looking for a motivated, hardworking individual who can work as a Teaching Assistant in a KS2 class at a school in the Sutton borough.

The school is easily accessible if you drive or if you commute via public transport. There is a local station with fast routes into London and many bus routes.

The role:

• Shadowing students in a KS2 class throughout the year
• Helping students when they are struggling with work and any other problems they may face
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher to organise and provide fun lessons for the children
• Identifying any students who may have additional needs and require extra support

Role requirements:

• Fully enhanced DBS on the update service
• Can provide two references
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
• Available for full time long term work
• Previous experience with children in a work setting
