Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £425 – £525 per week PAYE (NO UMBRELLA DEDUCTIONS)

Job Responsibilities
- 1:1 Support: Work directly with a Reception child with autism, helping them engage with classroom activities, develop social skills, and reach their full potential.
- Adapted Learning Strategies: Tailor your approach to meet the child’s unique learning needs, using techniques that support their progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the class teacher, SEN staff, and parents to ensure a consistent, supportive learning experience.
About You
- Experience: Previous experience working with children is required, ideally with SEN experience, particularly supporting children with autism.
- Excellent Communication: Able to communicate effectively with children, teachers, and parents in a supportive, positive manner.
- Organised and Flexible: Skilled at managing time and adapting to dynamic classroom environments.
- Positive and Proactive: Enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to support the child’s needs daily.
Qualifications
- Experience in education, childcare, or support roles is essential.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or SEN are advantageous but not required.
