  • Foster a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe and motivated to learn.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs, ideally in a school or similar educational setting.
  • A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s emotional and educational development.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • A current DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN and making a lasting impact on their lives.

What’s on Offer:

  • Professional Development: Access to ongoing training opportunities, including SEN-specific workshops and CPD sessions.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Work within a collaborative team that values mutual respect, growth, and student success.
  • Job Stability: A long-term role offering stability and the chance to build a fulfilling career in education.
