About the Role

• Location: Primary school in Croydon
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Salary: £80.00 – £105.00 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with teachers to support classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them reach their full potential.
• Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources.
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Help manage classroom behavior and support students with additional needs.

About You

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about working with children.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to the needs of individual students.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
