A vibrant primary school in Dulwich is seeking a Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This role offers the chance to work closely with pupils who need extra help in their learning journey.

The Role:
As a Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students to overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group support for Year 4 students with SEN, including ADHD and autism.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
• Encourage students to develop social skills and positive behaviour.
• Monitor progress and collaborate with the SENCO to refine strategies.
• Support students in managing emotions and developing confidence.

About You:

• Experience working with SEN students in Key Stage 2.
• Knowledge of strategies such as behaviour management and sensory-based approaches.
• Compassionate, proactive, and passionate about supporting children.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
