The Role:
As a Year 5 SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for students requiring additional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Year 5 pupils with SEN, including autism and ADHD, through tailored one-on-one and group interventions.
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities to suit individual needs.
• Promote social and emotional development through structured support.
• Regularly liaise with the SENCO and class teacher to review progress and refine strategies.
• Encourage pupils to develop resilience and independence.

About You:

• Experience supporting SEN pupils, particularly in Key Stage 2.
• Knowledge of effective SEN interventions and behaviour management techniques.
• Compassionate, proactive, and motivated to make a difference.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
