About the Role
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: £85.00–£100.00 per day (PAYE), depending on experience
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in the classroom, fostering their engagement and understanding.
- Work one-on-one with a Year 3 student, providing tailored support to meet their needs.
- Help create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring learning environment.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and staff to deliver high-quality education.
- Promote positive behavior and address challenges with patience and creativity.
