Position Details:

• Role: Teaching Assistant
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: £85.00–£100.00 per day (PAYE), dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to pupils in a classroom setting, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
• Work closely with a Year 3 student, offering tailored support to meet their specific needs.
• Help create a safe, inspiring, and engaging learning environment.
• Assist the class teacher and collaborate with other staff members.
• Manage behavioral challenges effectively, promoting positive behavior strategies.
