Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

We are actively seeking motivated and compassionate individuals—including male candidates—to join a vibrant Key Stage 1 (KS1) team in Edmonton, Enfield. This exciting opportunity involves one-to-one support for a child with Autism, working closely with a welcoming mainstream primary school.

No prior experience? No problem! This role is open to unqualified candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to a child’s education. With full training and ongoing support, you’ll gain invaluable experience while making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a child with Autism, helping them engage with lessons and build confidence.
• Assist the teacher in preparing dynamic, inclusive lessons and resources.
• Create a positive environment that promotes learning and good behaviour.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support outside the classroom for tailored learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to help all students thrive.
