A well-regarded primary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one support for students with additional needs in Key Stage 1. Primary Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher with the delivery of lessons and daily activities.
• Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and effective learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate closely with the teaching team to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
• Be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM).

Primary Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (e.g. youth work, tutoring, childcare, mentoring, volunteering).
• A warm, friendly, and confident demeanour.
• The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and learning.
