Key Details:

• Location: South Croydon
• Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Pay: £80 – £100 per day PAYE (based on experience)

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils, helping them reach their full potential.
• Assist the class teacher in creating engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
• Support children with their learning, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Help manage classroom behavior and foster a safe, inclusive, and creative learning space.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of pupils.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication skills to connect with pupils, teachers, and parents.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Adaptability and patience, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with children (preferred but not essential).
