About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and vibrant school in Merton. This is a full-time, long-term position where you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support their individual needs.
• Assist the Class Teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring every child reaches their potential.
• Support the implementation of positive behaviour strategies.

About You:
The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children, preferably within a primary school setting.
• Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
• Be a team player with a proactive attitude.
• Hold a degree or strong academic background (desirable but not essential).
