SEN Teaching Assistant | Primary School | Full-time/Long-term | Selhurst | £350 – £450 Per week (PAYE)

Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a qualified individual for a SEN Teaching Assistant in Selhurst.

The role will consist of working in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis with pupils who have additional needs. The individual will also be expected to work closely with the teachers helping them plan and organize lessons as well as getting involved in class activities.

A successful candidate will have previous experience working in schools and working with SEN pupils. They should also be familiar with the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum and be able to use their key skills to identify the need of every individual child.

We are looking for an individual who is reliable and passionate about working in schools, they must also be hardworking able to work well under pressure in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis. The Individual must be friendly and welcoming and communicate well with teachers and children.

• Hold an enhanced child DBS on update service
