Your Role:

• Provide 1:1 support to a child with ASC, helping them engage with their learning and thrive socially and emotionally.
• Assist the class teacher with lessons, daily activities, and classroom organisation.
• Help the child manage transitions and challenges in their day-to-day school life.
• Build positive relationships with the child and their family, fostering trust and communication.
• Promote a safe and supportive learning environment, ensuring the child’s well-being at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely cares about making a difference.
• Someone who is adaptable and confident in managing challenges.
• Experience working with children or in SEN is a bonus, but not essential – we welcome applicants with transferable skills or a passion for helping children succeed.
