The Role

📍 Location: Primary school in Croydon
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
💷 Pay: £80.00 – £105.00 per day (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
✔ Providing one-on-one assistance to a Year 2 student, helping them reach their full potential.
✔ Assisting with classroom management, lesson preparation, and administrative tasks.
✔ Encouraging a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
✔ Managing and de-escalating behavioural challenges with confidence and care.
