Position Details:

• Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Pay: £85 – £100 per day (PAYE, depending on experience)

Your Role:

• Provide tailored support to pupils in classroom settings, creating an engaging and positive learning atmosphere.
• Offer focused, one-on-one support to a Year 2 student, helping them thrive academically and personally.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher and fellow staff to foster a nurturing and creative environment.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior, encouraging positive engagement and participation.
• Support the development of a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom space.

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
