Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Queens Park. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supporting children on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
-Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
-Encouraging social and emotional development
-Implementing strategies to support students with additional needs
-Helping to create a fun and inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
-A patient and empathetic approach
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-A passion for education and child development
-Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) – desirable but not essential
