Graduate Teaching Assistant | Role Overview:

• Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant (Term time only)
• Long-term, until July 2025
• £400-£500 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis (No Umbrella companies/hidden deductions)
• Recent graduate and previous experience working with children is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small group support to students, helping to boost their confidence and academic progress.
• Work closely with experienced teachers, gaining hands-on experience in lesson planning and delivery.
• Assist in creating a positive learning environment and support children with diverse needs.
• Offer mentoring and encouragement to students, helping them overcome barriers and excel academically.
• Engage with pupils from various backgrounds, with a particular focus on those from disadvantaged communities.
