About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a vibrant and inclusive primary school. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, helping pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 or small group support to children with SEN
Assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning materials
Encouraging independence and confidence in pupils
Supporting children with social, emotional, and communication needs
Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language difficulties)
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for education and making a difference
Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
