1:1 Teaching Assistant – Croydon

About the Role:

• Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
• Location: Croydon
• Year Group: Year 2
• Student Needs: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Duration: Long-term, full-time role (8:30am – 4:00pm)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
• Availability to work full-time
• Strong academic background (degree preferred)
• Confident providing 1:1 support and working with small groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
• Friendly, patient, and nurturing personality
• Resides locally or can easily commute to Croydon

Requirements:

• A fully enhanced DBS on the update service (must provide the physical certificate) OR willingness to apply for one
