Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – ADHD & Behaviour Support (Year 3)

Salary: £90 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting children with ADHD and additional needs?
A fantastic primary school in Croydon is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Year 3 child with ADHD and mild learning difficulties.

The Role:

• Provide structured one-to-one support for a child with ADHD, helping with focus and classroom engagement.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to support emotional regulation.
• Use movement breaks and sensory activities to help maintain concentration.
• Work alongside the SENCO and class teacher to develop personalised learning strategies.
• Support the student in developing positive peer interactions and social skills.

About You:

• Experience working with children with ADHD or SEMH needs is desirable.
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour management.
• Understanding of sensory strategies and classroom adaptations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
