The Role:

📍 Location: Primary school in Croydon
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
💰 Pay: £80.00 – £105.00 per day (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Supporting students in the classroom to foster an engaging learning environment
✅ Providing tailored one-on-one support to a Year 2 student
✅ Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
✅ Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe atmosphere for all pupils
✅ Managing and de-escalating behavioral challenges effectively
