Experienced Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Ealing Broadway)

Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next role? Our recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ealing Broadway.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
-Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with SEN
-Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
-Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
-Prepare learning materials and classroom resources

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
-Level 2/3 TA qualification – preferred but not essential
-Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
