Salary: £90 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

Do you have experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
A welcoming primary school in Croydon is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with a Year 4 student who requires emotional and behavioural support in the classroom.
The Role:
- Provide individual support for a Year 4 student with SEMH needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support emotional regulation.
- Work closely with the SENCO and class teacher to implement an EHCP.
- Encourage social skills, confidence, and engagement in learning.
- Support positive behaviour and well-being through structured interventions.
About You:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs is desirable.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
- Understanding of emotional regulation techniques.
- A patient, proactive, and resilient attitude.
