Experienced Teaching Assistant – Based in Hounslow

Are you looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support your students? Our candidate, based in Hounslow, has a proven track record of working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing both 1:1 and group support to help students reach their full potential.

Key Experience & Expertise:

• Extensive experience supporting students in EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Strong background in SEN support, working with students diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, and global developmental delay
• Skilled in behaviour management, implementing strategies to de-escalate challenging behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Experience in delivering interventions for literacy, numeracy, phonics, and social skills development
• Familiarity with EHCPs and working closely with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals to ensure tailored support
• Experience in assisting children with personal care needs, where required
• Ability to adapt lesson plans and resources to meet the needs of students with varying abilities

• Location: Hounslow, available for immediate and long-term placements
• Availability: Full-time and part-time
• Qualifications: Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent experience)
• DBS Checked and References Available
