Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
• Provide dedicated one-on-one support to a Year 2 student, tailoring assistance to their unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Encourage positive behavior and support pupils in building confidence and independence.
• Help with classroom organization, ensuring a creative and safe space for learning.
